June 27th, 2011 Photoshop and drawingtablet Phew. That's a big one. Glad it's done. This is one of the bigger contest prizes; the one I owed to Edowaado. He requested a drawing of his male Rattata, Nezumi, depicted as a ghost, while running through a field of flowers with Nami, the female Rattata from Stuff of Legend. Instead, I drew a big, multi-paneled wordless comic page, because ... I don't really know. Whatever the reason, the result is this huge thing. It's not quite as large as that other big, insane project I did, but it still caused my Photoshop to crash once or twice. That's a good indicator, no? I'm guessing those backgrounds are to blame. They also took forever to make, so backgrounds make for convenient scapegoats. Big shout-out to Skysealer: thanks for letting me mess around with your brush set. It was fun. :)
