May 5th, 2010 Photoshop and drawingtablet I almost forgot that I was going to make a preliminary design for our new DPCA mascot. Heheh... Anyway, I decided to try something different here, by creating an anthro character. He's a Smeargle, with floppy dog-ears and the regular Smeargle-markings on both/either his body and/or clothing. The clothes just a suggestion (there's probably room for improvement). Besides the Smeargle-markings, the shirt also has the DPCA logo on the front, and the usual Smeargle paw print on the back. And of course the poor fellow leaves green paint wherever he goes. He doesn't have a name yet, but he seems like a "Ryan" to me...
