Behold and marvel at my rather odd sense of humor! (I hope this doesn't offend anyone.) This is my entry for the awesome Unusual Anthro Holiday Contest on dA, which is being held by Katmomma and skifi. The challenge was to draw an unusual anthro character (wolves are overdone, apparently) in a setting relating to the holidays. So I sort of went back to what Christmas was originally about, and tossed in an anthro donkey.
I'm sure he must be eternally grateful to be able to be a part of this moment. Although he's not an OC of mine, I do feel the urge to give him a name: Christopher. If you don't get it, you're not enough of a history-buff! :)

Anyway, those of you who know me, know that I like to mess around with anatomical details. So that's what I did with Mr. Christopher too. Most anthros you see will be creatures with the torso, shoulders, arms and hands of a human, and the head, feet and tail of an animal. I wanted to make this guy more donkey than human, so his torso and shoulders in particular are more donkey-like. Overall, I'm quite happy with the way this whole thing turned out.
