There are plenty of tutorials on the internet, but I figured I could at least share some of my techniques with you guys. Mind you, my techniques are not always the most efficient ones. I often change my techniques too, so that's why I've dated my tutorials. I hope you'll find them useful.
The tutorials will appear in pop-up windows. You need to maximize those windows for the lay-out to work.
